Polyphony is the product of the daunting task to create a new iteration of a font inspired by an art movement. After the random assignment of Clarendon and Post-Impressionism, Polyphony was created from extensive research. Inspired by the deconstruction of impressionism and the lack of agreement amongst artists regarding how to move forward with the art movement, Polyphony is a hand drawn iteration of Clarendon that embraces the imperfections of sketching. Named after the combination of individual melodies harmonizing, Polyphony is the combination of Clarendon and Post-Impressionism.
